Really enjoyed the experience.Al Fresco dining (eating outdoors) on Castro Street! We had the Branzino, lamb chops and the linguini with prawns. Both were delicious. Overall value was high. Bar restaurant la Fontaine, Montrottier, Rhone-Alpes, France. The cocktails are excellent -- they don't seem to use pre-mixes. Not close to any authentic French nor Italian food.
Family owned,our wait… On our charming terrace with spacious seating, you can enjoy the fresh, seasonal cuisine. Definitively will not visit or be taken again.I visited for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend and the restaurant was packed, but the Owner Hasan, and our waiter still took amazing care of us.Everyone on the staff was very nice even on a busy night. But the scallops were kind of fishy, and my dining mate received a large 16oz steak that ended up being really gristly--it was seemingly cooked fine, but seems like they didn't have a great source for the beef and perhaps tried to make up for it in volume?

As we have completed Phase 2 and entered Phase 3 we have found it necessary to change our operating hours : Breakfast and Lunch- Monday through Friday- 10am-2:30pm Very nice tree lined ambiance. The food was very delicious and priced reasonably.
