The interior of the hotel was lovely.
The food’s been poor, no vegetarian option for those on the table that don’t eat meat, I suggest staying upstairs for the buffet...We stayed for the February Half term, 2 adults 2 children 12 and 17, Great hotel, I think we had one of the new renovated rooms, great size and very comfortable, The staff are very friendly and helpful, The food was excellent having something different each night my favorite was the Fillet steak night as much as you wanted, wine and beer on tap was an added bonus :) Breakfast was great too.

It is located within 5 minutes of the Morzine or Avoriaz lifts if you use the free bus service that has a stop right outside the front of the hotel that operates every 15 minutes. The desserts were varied with patisseries and a cheese selection. Please start doing eggs fresh - have a chef frying eggs freshly the way you cook the meat and fish in the evening. The sausages are awful, please have grilled bacon instead. Highly recommended.Visited in early January for a quick break. All the staff remember you as we’ve been for a number of years now. The website photographs are very flattering and it isn’t as fresh as it might suggest. Some baked beans and mushrooms would be a good vegetarian option. We had a lovely room in a new extension with a terrace enabling us to watch the deer in the park.
One of the ski group didn’t ski and the hotel facilities were amazing. Clean and tidy, average bed, but a little tired.
Couldn’t get over the size of the bedrooms.

Great team, friendly welcome, good breakfast, but it’s back to self catering apartments for us again in the future. Good pools and spa to recover after a busy day on the slopes. Or it only takes 10 minutes to walk the the centre of Morzine. My only issueFamily run hotel, great service, food and overall passion to make you feel at home, Also, brilliant with the children. Ideal for a ski holiday as beside the ski bus and ski hire shop. Perfect location for walking down to the river, in to town and a free bus directly outside hotel to the lifts, though it’s only a 7 - 10minute walk to them.
