Breakfast was very good and had all you would need. The sun goes down over the mountain quicker than you think, so bundle up (or have an extra drink!). I did extensive research of different ski areas in the French Alps to visit for New Years 2019/20 and while I'm sure all would have been wonderful, Val d'Isere was PERFECT!
