Stayed at the hotel 29/2-7/3/20 and were hoping the experience will be as good as their sister hotel in Les Arcs we stayed some years ago. Bathroom was plenty big enough, great shower and sauna and steam access (note to hotel these facilities need a deep clean). Via a piste on the back of the building you can access the ski lockers and the same route downwards you can ski to the lift. It took 2 hours from arriving at the hotel to check in, get skis, before we got to our room. Dear Sjc249, Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us. Where there used to be some added facilities, these have now been replaced by ‘pay extra’ restaurants, which is maybe why the standard food is so shocking, to make you spend even more on something hopefully better. Shower room is small with a separate toilet room. Not enough room to walk around the room without shuffling sideways. For dinner you are allocated tickets when you check in , the restaurant is horrible it feels like a school canteen. There are too many kids running around but you can find a few isolated tables by the restaurant window and stick to them.
