Merci Jean Phillipe for the unforgettable dinner...We spent a wonderful vacation in St. Jorioz and Annecy area. Interesting that this restaurant has 3 circles but based on the small number of English reviews it would be 4.5. This is not fine dining, but is excellent Savoyard cuisine.

The view on the road from Annecy going up is amazing and in same time the view from top of Semnoz is another amazing one as well.

We were delighted to find an excellent French Cuisine at its best, testing from his specialties over 3 courses dinner followed by a great desert: assorted lemon pie, chocolate cake served with homemade ice cream, cream and fresh berries (our friend received also a great dessert prepared specially for him). I would recommend the trail walk up to Col de la Forclaz instead. Although his restaurant was full of guests (two buses of hungry guests just arrived…) he found also time to spend with us giving personal attention to us and to the menu served (one of my friends was diabetic and required special meal that Jean Phillipe prepared for him).
