We were looking for a small house or apartment after 7 days in a lovely house with garden, because we didn't want to step into a small and expensive hotel room, loosing money and the possibility to have space and a kitchen to cook (Corsica is pretty expensive if you have to eat out everyday). Guests enjoy the breakfast. Really not a good address...The Adonis is conveniently situated to walk into the lovely town of St Florent. We had to pay our stay anyway despite we didn't sleep there. The Adonis features a large outdoor swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. We found out it was nothing special and decided to leave and find another place. Private transport is a plus; but the residence lies within walking distance of the St. Florent village: Poor quality beds which are very inconfortable with very old kitchen area where it's nearly impossible to cook and some mold found on the Ceiling on the top of everything! Free wifi.We arrived and booked, the room was smelling to cigarette. Like everywhere if your neighbor has kids, better if he's a nice person that teaches them not to shout, otherwise doors are not that good to keep silence and quite. The staff are pleasant.

The only things were: no toilet paper and certain hours to check in (out of time the reception was literally closed and we had to stick around 2 hrs before getting the room). This hotel needs a total refurbisment ! There is a garbage collecting unit nearby and the smell outside is terrible. The reception doesn't open until 4 pm.
